HB 907 proposes nothing less than a National ID card! Plus, by analysis by the CATO institute, it will cost billions!!! Are you ready to pay higher & more taxes for this?
The drivers license was originally designed to indicate that we are sufficiently capable of driving a motor vehicle on public roads. It is not designed to be a National ID card that tracks our every move.
